Privacy notice
Short, because this site does very little with your data.
What this website collects
When you send a message through the enquiry form, the name, email, optional phone number and message you type are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. They are used to answer you and nothing else.
There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. No cookies are set by this website.
The calculators
Everything you type into a calculator is processed in your own browser. Those figures are never transmitted, stored or seen by anyone, including us.
Photographs
The photo of Adit Raj Walecha on the About page is his own. The other photographs are licensed stock images that illustrate the kinds of businesses the practice serves, plus one photo of the Improve Canada building where the office is, used under a Creative Commons licence and credited beside it. None of the stock images shows Indovation's staff or clients.
The map
The map on the contact page is a picture stored on this website, so opening the page sends nothing to a map provider. Its link opens Google Maps in a new tab, where Google's privacy policy applies.
Client records
Information you provide once you become a client — tax slips, financial records, your SIN or business number — is held separately from this website, used only to do the work you asked for and to meet Canada Revenue Agency requirements, and is not sold or shared for marketing.
Please do not send a SIN, account number or scanned identity document through the website or by ordinary email. Ask and a safer route will be arranged.
Asking to see or delete your information
Email contactus@indovation.ca or call (437) 248-6694 and ask. Records the CRA requires to be kept for a set period cannot be deleted before that period ends.
